The Company offers a multimodal sports betting development system referred to as the “Bankroll Combine” or “Combine”. Each Bankroll Combine includes a designated number of Tuition Points and a correlated balance of virtual funds (a “Combine Bankroll”). Tuition Points can be used to access and consume content in the Campus module. A Combine Bankroll allows access to the Combine Challenge, where users are prompted to interact with our sportsbook simulator. The Campus module and the Combine Challenge are intended to serve as complimentary learning environments, designed to be used in tandem to promote skill development for bankroll management and sports market handicapping.
To enable user experience customization, we offer various Combine packages. Through your Account, you can purchase Combine packages (each purchase, a “Combine Entry”). For each Combine Entry purchased, the included number of Tuition Points and correlated Combine Bankroll balance correspond to the Combine package selected, as designated on the Website.
Each Combine Entry includes a designated quantity of Tuition Points that are automatically credited to your Account upon purchase. The available balance of Tuition Points associated with your Account is displayed in the Campus module. Tuition Points can only be spent in the Campus module.
The Campus module comprises a library of sports betting educational and entertainment content and tools. Each item made available in the Campus module displays a redemption price expressed in Tuition Points. You may redeem Tuition Points to access and consume item(s) in the Campus module at your discretion and your available balance of Tuition Points will be adjusted automatically with each redemption (provided that your Account contains a sufficient balance of Tuition Points to redeem the selected item). Users are encouraged to explore the Campus module regularly for updates to available offerings and to spend their Tuition Points on items most relevant to their sports betting development goals.
Each Combine Entry includes one (1) Combine Bankroll to be used for participation in the Combine Challenge. The Initial Balance of a Combine Bankroll correlates to the number of Tuition Points awarded for the Combine package purchased.
The Combine Challenge is an experiential learning module where users are presented with a set of requirements prompting them to make decisions (each decision submitted, a “Pick”) for allocating the virtual funds in their Combine Bankroll among the available market offerings in the “Games” module (a sportsbook simulator displaying real-time market odds for upcoming and live sporting events). If a user fails to satisfy each of the requirements presented by a Combine Challenge, the associated Combine Bankroll will be removed from their Account. If a user succeeds in completing a Combine Challenge, they earn an invitation to participate in a free prediction-based contest game offered by the Company.
Upon successful completion of a Combine Challenge, the associated Combine Bankroll will be removed from the user’s Account and replaced with a separate and new balance of virtual funds (a “Pro Bankroll”). The Initial Balance of a Pro Bankroll will equal the initial balance of its associated Combine Bankroll, as designated on the Website. A Pro Bankroll allows access to a free prediction-based contest game offered by the Company where eligible users can play for real-cash prizes (the “Pro Levels”). In the Pro Levels, users manage the allocation of their Pro Bankroll across a series of progressive stages by submitting Picks in the Games module. Each Pro Level presents a distinct prize opportunity and a set of requirements that must be satisfied for such prize to be awarded.
The Pro Levels can only be attempted and completed sequentially (advancement to a subsequent Pro Level is contingent on successful completion of the prior). When a Pro Level is successfully completed, the relevant prize amount for that Pro Level (e.g. a designated percentage of the total virtual profits achieved in the associated Pro Bankroll) is automatically deducted from the then current balance of such Pro Bankroll and transferred into the digital “Prize Wallet” associated with such user’s Account (each such transfer, a “Prize Transfer”). Prize Transfers occur automatically following the successful completion of a Pro Level and prior to the commencement of user play in the next successive Pro Level (if any remain). Participation in the Pro Levels is terminated when a user fails to satisfy the requirements of a Pro Level or when a user successfully completes the final Pro Level. Upon termination of participation in the Pro Levels, the associated Pro Bankroll will be removed from such user’s Account, however the user remains entitled to any prizes already awarded for successful completion of prior Pro Level(s) (such prize amounts already transferred to and held separately in the user’s Prize Wallet).
Access to the Pro Level(s) is neither guaranteed by the purchase of a Bankroll Combine nor guaranteed through participation in a Bankroll Combine. Participation in the Pro Levels and prize redemptions are subject to the Official Contest Rules.
Combine Bankrolls and Pro Bankrolls (when referred to generally and without designation, each a “Bankroll”) each comprise a balance of virtual funds provided by the Company (“Bankroll Funds”) for users to manage through interaction with the Games module. Any Bankroll Funds provided by the Company are for educational and entertainment purposes only; no real-money wagering occurs on the Service. User Picks can only be submitted in the Games module using virtual Bankroll Funds provided by the Company.
Combine Bankrolls form a component of our sports betting development system, the Bankroll Combine. The Tuition Points and corresponding Combine Bankroll included with each Combine Entry are intended to facilitate skill development across two complimentary learning environments, the Combine Challenge and the Campus module. The Combine Challenge prompts users to navigate a simulated sportsbook environment using a Combine Bankroll to demonstrate and reinforce skills gained in the Campus module via the redemption of Tuition Points.
For users that successfully complete the Combine Challenge, a Pro Bankroll is provided for use in the Pro Levels. The progressive structure of the Pro Levels is designed to provide users a safe yet realistic environment to experience the variance inherent in real-world sports betting and to habituate informed wagering practices that may be useful to real-world sports betting. Unlike real-world sports betting, users never stake their Pro Bankrolls with real funds and do not encounter any real-money risk of loss for any losing Picks sustained in the Pro Levels.
A user may manage up to three (3) active Bankrolls in their Account simultaneously, regardless of designation (e.g. one Combine Bankroll and two Pro Bankrolls could be managed in an Account simultaneously, and vice versa). The transaction history associated with each Bankroll in a user’s Account is maintained separately.
“Gameplay” refers to interaction and/or participation in any Combine Level or Pro Level, including without limitation, any interaction with the Games module, the “My Picks” module, the “Objective” module, the Prize Wallet, and/or any interaction with any Combine Bankroll or Pro Bankroll. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to seek damages from the responsible party to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of such provision.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any user the ability to participate in Gameplay for any reason whatsoever. The Company shall be entitled to terminate or suspend your Account, disqualify you from a Pick or level advancement, refuse to award benefits or prizes, virtual or otherwise, and require the return of any prizes if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are entering, participating, or attempting to enter or participate in Gameplay in any manner the Company deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Gameplay or is in any way detrimental to other Gameplay participants. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and without prior notice, to take any action necessary to remedy any balance(s), transaction(s), level advancement(s), or related components associated with your Account that we deem to be improper, inaccurate, or unfair, including without limitation, any reversal, adjustment, deduction, or voiding of any Picks, level advancements, Bankroll Funds, Tuition Points, or prizes credited to your Account.
