OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Last revised: [11/27/2024]

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET, OR WHERE THE METHODS OF ENTRY SET FORTH BELOW WOULD BE DEEMED CONSIDERATION.

PARTICIPATION IN A SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE UNDER THESE RULES OR ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING IDAHO, LOUISIANA, MICHIGAN, NEVADA, AND WASHINGTON) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

THESE RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 21 OF BANKROLL U’S TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH INCLUDE MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS.

  1. THE RULES. The following Official Contest Rules (“Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to herein as “you,” “your,” “user,” or “Entrant”) and Bankroll U LLC (“Bankroll U,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing participation in Bankroll U’s prediction-based sweepstakes games (each a “Sweepstakes”). By agreeing to these Rules and participating in a Sweepstakes, you are confirming that you understand and accept these Rules. To participate in a Bankroll U Sweepstakes, you must maintain an active account with Bankroll U and agree to Bankroll U’s Terms of Service (“Terms”), which incorporate these Rules and any applicable Supplemental Terms, and Privacy Policy.

These Rules govern and control any Sweepstakes offered on Bankroll U’s Service and are considered part of the Terms. You understand that resolution of the Sweepstakes is determined by Bankroll U’s Gameplay Rules. All capitalized terms and phrases not otherwise defined in these Rules shall have the meanings given in the Terms. In the event of a direct conflict or inconsistency between these Rules, the Terms, Gameplay Rules[a], or any applicable Supplemental Terms, these Rules shall prevail, followed by any applicable Supplemental Terms, followed by Gameplay Rules, and followed by the Terms.

SWEEPSTAKES. You may use a virtual currency referred to as a Pro Bankroll Balance (“Bankroll Funds”) to enter Sweepstakes to win cash prizes (each a “Prize”). The time and duration for each Sweepstakes will be displayed by Bankroll U to all users within the Service.  You must enter the Sweepstakes before the events on which the Sweepstakes is based begin and within the time displayed in the Service.  You earn Prizes when you win a Sweepstakes.

You may obtain Bankroll Funds for free by submitting a request for a Combine Entry using the Alternative Method of Entry outlined in Section 5.3 below.

USERS MAY ONLY USE THEIR BANKROLL FUNDS TO PARTICIPATE IN A SWEEPSTAKES. USERS MAY NOT USE PRIZES OR ANY REAL-WORLD-VALUE CURRENCY TO ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES DIRECTLY.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes as set forth in these Rules begins on the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
  1. SPONSOR. Bankroll U is the sole sponsor of each Bankroll U Sweepstakes. All Bankroll U Sweepstakes are administered by Bankroll U. Bankroll U may be contacted at management@bankrollu.com or 30 N. Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan WY 82801.
  1. ELIGIBILITY. A Sweepstakes entrant (“Entrant”) must be at least eighteen (18) years old or otherwise capable of forming a binding contract in their jurisdiction, and must be a natural person who is a legal resident of the United States who at the time of using the Service, entering a Sweepstakes, or redeeming Prizes must not be physically located in any of the following states: Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. By entering a Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you are eligible.

Employees and former employees (less than three (3) years since cessation of employment) of Bankroll U, any of its respective affiliates, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Service and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage, or adoption) and household members (people who share the same residence at for least three (3) months of the year) may only enter a Sweepstakes for the purpose of testing the user experience, but may not redeem Prizes or consideration in any form. Bankroll U consultants or promoters of the Service may enter Sweepstakes without such limitation, but only if (i) their arrangement with Bankroll U does not permit them to have any access to the source code underlying the Service and (ii) they do not receive any other advantages in their participation in the Service.

Without limitation, professional league and collegiate athletes, coaches and other team management, team support personnel (e.g., without limitation, team physicians), and team owners may not enter a Sweepstakes. Professional league and collegiate team owners, referees, employees, commissioners, and other individuals who through an ownership interest or game-related employment can influence the gameplay are likewise ineligible to enter a Sweepstakes.

By entering a Sweepstakes, you are further bound by the representations and warranties in Sections 3 and 13 of the Terms. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of Entrant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Entrant is located at the time of the Sweepstakes. Entrant’s entry into a Sweepstakes must be for the sole and specific purposes of recreation and entertainment only. An Entrant may not enter a Sweepstakes for other purposes (including, but not limited to, professional gambling purposes) and may not use systematic methods to enter a Sweepstakes. Bankroll U shall be entitled to suspend, limit, or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are entering, participating, or attempting to enter or participate in a Sweepstakes in a manner that does not comport with these Rules. In such circumstances, we may also report such activity to relevant authorities.

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements of this section, then you are not permitted to enter a Sweepstakes. If Bankroll U otherwise determines, in our sole discretion, that you do not meet or have otherwise violated the eligibility requirements of this section, in addition to any rights that Bankroll U may have in law or equity, Bankroll U reserves the right to terminate your account, withhold or revoke the awarding of any Prizes associated with your Bankroll U account or limit your ability to redeem or otherwise claim Prizes. Bankroll U also reserves the right to withhold revoked Prizes to use in furtherance of its fraud prevention or anti-money laundering efforts.

Bankroll U reserves the right to verify an Entrant’s eligibility or to adjudicate on any dispute at any time before, during, or after the Sweepstakes.

  1. PARTICIPATING IN A SWEEPSTAKES.
  1. Active Account. To enter a Sweepstakes, an Entrant must create and maintain an account on Bankroll U’s Service. Creation of an account is free, and no purchase is ever required. You may create an account free of charge by downloading or accessing the Service. To enter a Sweepstakes, an Entrant must access the Service and sign in.
  1. Bankroll U Sweepstakes. An Entrant must use Bankroll U’s Bankroll Funds to enter a Sweepstakes. Any other currency will not secure you an entry into a Sweepstakes. An individual only may obtain Bankroll Funds through successful completion of a Combine Level. Bankroll Funds cannot be transferred to another, sold, or otherwise converted directly into something of value.

The resolution of the Sweepstakes is governed by the Gameplay Rules.

The Prize you are eligible to win in the Sweepstakes will be displayed in the Service.

  1. Alternative Method of Entry. An individual may obtain Bankroll Funds without purchase by requesting a free Combine Entry for use on Bankroll U’s Service. As noted on Bankroll U’s Website, a Combine Entry entitles users to receive Tuition Points that may be redeemed for content on the Service and to participate in Bankroll U’s developmental Combine Level, which upon successful completion entitles users to a preannounced number of Bankroll Funds to participate in Sweepstakes. The number of Tuition Points received corresponds to the Bankroll tier selected for the Combine Entry, as set forth on Bankroll U’s Website. If an individual chooses a Bankroll tier not associated with any of the available tiers, Bankroll U reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the Combine Entry for the Bankroll tier closest to the requested Bankroll tier. A Combine Entry awarded via this method will be added to the eligible individual’s account upon digital entry and confirmation of the Combine Entry code mailed to such eligible individual, subject to account verification.

Individuals may request a Combine Entry code by sending a standard index card or piece of paper, which must be 4” x 6” unfolded and blank, written in BLUE INK, and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope in handwriting, to the following address Bankroll U, PO Box 85374, Tucson, AZ 85754 (“Alternative Method of Entry”) including (i) your first and last name, (ii) Bankroll U username, (iii) email address associated with your Bankroll U account, (iv) the words “Bankroll U Sweepstakes” on the envelope, (iv) a self-addressed stamped envelope, and (vi) the statement “I wish to receive a [1K/3K/5K (select one)] Combine Entry code to participate in Bankroll U’s Service. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Bankroll U’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Official Sweepstakes Rules.”

Individuals must ensure that their handwriting is legible. If the individual’s handwriting is not legible or otherwise fails to comply with this subsection, the Alternative Method of Entry will be void and the Combine Entry code will not be mailed to the individual. Bankroll U, in its sole discretion, shall determine the legibility of an individual’s handwriting.

THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY REQUEST PER CALENDAR MONTH. ALL REQUESTS IN EXCESS OF ONE REQUEST PER CALENDAR MONTH SHALL BE DEEMED NULL AND VOID AND SHALL NOT “CARRY OVER” TO ANOTHER CALENDAR MONTH.

  1. Verification. An Entrant may be required to successfully complete a know-your-customer verification process (“KYC Process”) facilitated by Bankroll U or its vendor to validate eligibility at various stages, which may include (i) obtaining a Combine Entry either through purchase or the Alternative Method of Entry outlined above, or (ii) redeeming Prizes. The KYC Process may include, but may not be limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and validation of social security number. Your provision of such information is governed by Bankroll U’s Privacy Policy and our vendor’s privacy policies, which you should review.

Tentative winners must comply with these Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein. In addition to the KYC Process, a tentative winner may be required to prove their identity and age and sign and return to Bankroll U, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited), appropriate tax forms, or other documentation, to claim or redeem the Prize (if applicable). If a tentative winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, or cannot be verified in a timely manner, they may be disqualified, in which case they forfeit and have no right to the Prize.

Subject to verification of validity, eligibility, and compliance with the terms of these Rules and the Terms, an Entrant who wins a Sweepstakes will be declared a winner, and the applicable Prize will automatically be made available in the Entrant’s Bankroll U account.

THE DECISIONS OF BANKROLL U ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF A PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SERVICE INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE VALUE OF THE POTENTIAL PRIZE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND RELEASED BY BANKROLL U. BANKROLL U WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

  1. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning will vary for each Sweepstakes and Bankroll U reserves the right to change the odds of any of the Sweepstakes at any time. The odds of winning a Sweepstakes at the time an Entrant enters the Sweepstakes will be published by Bankroll U on the “Games” screen of the Bankroll U app and will be visible to all Entrants through the Service (for purposes of this section, the meaning of “Sweepstakes” includes any individual component of participation in a Sweepstakes).
  1. PRIZES. An Entrant’s potential Prize for a Sweepstakes will be displayed in the Gameplay Rules and on the “Objective” screen of the Bankroll U app. Bankroll U reserves the right to change the Prize of any of the Sweepstakes at any time. We reserve the right to charge handling and/or payment processing fees for processing the redemption of Prizes.

CASH PRIZES CANNOT BE USED TO ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES DIRECTLY.

Each Entrant will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein. Each Entrant is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with their receipt and use of Prize. Bankroll U will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of the Bankroll U’s jurisdiction, and, if so required, or if so requested by Bankroll U, the Entrant must provide accurate information to Bankroll U to allow Bankroll U to comply with tax regulations and share with appropriate tax authorities.

If the awarding of any Prizes to winners of a Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal authority, Bankroll U reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether to award or adjust such Prizes. In all disputes arising out of the determination of the winner of a Sweepstakes, Bankroll U is the sole judge, and its actions are final and binding.

No substitution, assignment, or transfer of Prize is permitted, except by Bankroll U, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with another Prize of greater or equal value if Prize cannot be awarded as stated.

  1. Maximum Prize – Florida and New York. Currently, the maximum allowed Prizes won by a single Entrant during any Sweepstakes Period is limited to the value of US $5,000 in Florida or New York.
  1. REDEMPTION OF PRIZES. Prize winners must request the release of their Prize solely through the Service. Subject to these Rules, Prizes shall be allocated to the Entrant’s Bankroll U account and paid or sent to the bank account associated with the Entrant’s Bankroll U account. We will only communicate with persons using the email address registered and associated with the Bankroll U account.

You agree that we are entitled to conduct any identification, credit, and other verification checks that we may reasonably require and/or that are required of us under applicable laws and regulations or by relevant regulatory authorities to permit the redemption of Prizes. Until all required verification checks are completed to our satisfaction, any request you have made for redemption of Prizes will remain pending and Bankroll U is entitled to restrict your Bankroll U account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate, including by suspending or deactivating your account.

Bankroll U or its vendors will carry out additional verification procedures for any single or cumulative Prizes earned by a single Entrant in one or multiple Sweepstakes valued at $600 or more, and Bankroll U reserves the right to carry out such additional verification procedures in the case of a request to redeem any amount of Prizes. Additional verification procedures may, for example, include requests for and examination of copies of your identification documentation (including photo identification) such as social security number, passport, and proof of your address such as a utility bill.

Where any identification, credit, or other verification check we require cannot be completed to our or our vendor’s satisfaction because you have not provided any document we request from you in the form that we require within thirty (30) days of the date the document was first requested, the redemption request may be disqualified and deemed null and void. In addition, Bankroll U shall be under no obligation to continue with the verification check and may in our sole discretion deactivate your Bankroll U account.

You acknowledge and agree that in some circumstances it may take up to 60 days to process the payment of any redeemed Prize(s) to you. We make our best efforts to process requests within the quoted amount of time but do not guarantee processing times for Prizes, particularly for single or cumulative prizes valued at $600 or more.

If we mistakenly credit your Bankroll U account with Prizes that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Bankroll U and may be deducted from your Bankroll U account or otherwise charged to you. If you have been issued a Prize that does not belong to you, the value of the mistakenly issued Prize will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obligated to notify Bankroll U by emailing management@bankrollu.com. Bankroll U reserves the right to deduct Prizes from your Bankroll U account or otherwise charge or adjust your Bankroll U account to correct errors.

It is the responsibility of the Entrant to retain copies of transaction records and these Rules, as the Rules are updated from time to time.

  1. MINIMUM PRIZE REDEMPTION. Bankroll U reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to set a minimum threshold for Prize redemption. Currently, the minimum threshold for Prize redemption is US $25.00. You are not able to redeem Prizes below that minimum threshold for cash.
  1. MAXIMUM PRIZE REDEMPTION. Bankroll U reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to set a maximum threshold for Prize redemption, both for the maximum number of Prizes you can redeem per day and a maximum number of times you can initiate a Prize redemption per day.
  1. Maximum Prize Redemption – Florida and New York. Currently, the maximum allowed redemption of Prizes won by a single Entrant during any Sweepstakes Period is limited to the value of US $5,000 in Florida or New York. Any requested redemption of Prizes more than the value of US $5,000 in New York or Florida will not be paid to the Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period, but must be deferred until the next Sweepstakes Period.

Currently, you may only initiate one Prize redemption in a single calendar day.

  1. Maximum Prize Redemption – Other Permitted Jurisdictions. Currently, the maximum allowed redemption of Prizes won by a single Entrant is limited to the value of US $2,500.00 per day. Any requested redemption of Prizes more than the value of $2,500.00 will not be paid to the Entrant on the date of request, but must be deferred to the following business day.

Currently, you may only initiate one Prize redemption in a single calendar day.

  1. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS. Each individual who requests a Combine Entry using the Alternative Method of Entry outlined in Section 5.3 consents to receive communications from the Sponsor for the purpose of honoring that request, if valid. An individual who requests a Combine Entry using the Alternative Method of Entry outlined in Section 5.3 will not receive communications from the Sponsor about other offers and communications that may be of interest to them unless they agree to receive such communications independent of their receipt of a Combine Entry using the Alternative Method of Entry outlined in Section 5.3 above.

Each Entrant who participates in a Sweepstakes consents to receive communications from the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes.

  1. PUBLICITY. By entering a Sweepstakes or accepting a Prize, you consent to Bankroll U’s and its service providers’ and business partners’ use of your name, username, voice, likeness, image, location, age, photograph, or video in connection with the development, production, distribution and/or exploitation (including marketing and promotion) of the relevant Sweepstakes and/or Bankroll U’s future offerings and Bankroll U generally, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Bankroll U and its business partners reserve the right to make public statements about you, on-air, on the internet, or otherwise, prior to, during, or following the Sweepstakes. You agree that Bankroll U may announce your name on-air or on any of its websites or any other location at any time in connection with the marketing and promotion of Bankroll U or other offerings operated by Bankroll U. You agree that participation in and (where applicable) the winning of a Prize in connection with a Sweepstakes constitute complete compensation for your obligations under this paragraph, and you agree not to seek to charge a fee or impose other conditions on the fulfillment of these obligations.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING YOUR NAME ON A WINNERS’ LIST.

  1. RELEASE. By entering a Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Bankroll U and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Entrant’s entry, creation of an entry, or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of Prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, and exploitation or use of entry.
  1. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION. Any personally identifiable information collected during an individual’s request for a Combine Entry using the Alternative Method of Entry outlined in Section 5.3, Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or Entrant’s redemption of Prizes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Rules and Bankroll U’s Privacy Policy.
  1. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  1. Sponsor’s Decisions. Bankroll U’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the amount of winnings are final and binding. The decisions made by Bankroll U regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, selection, Prizes, and compliance with these Rules and Bankroll U’s Terms are final and binding.
  1. Sweepstakes and/or Rules Modification. Bankroll U reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules, or any part of the Sweepstakes or these Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Bankroll U’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Bankroll U in its sole discretion.

Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted by Bankroll U on its Website. In the event of modifying the Sweepstakes, an Entrant’s continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. Additional Considerations for Sweepstakes Participation. Bankroll U shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries, and shall not have any obligation to advise you of an incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable submission.
  1. Disqualification of Individuals/Entrants. Bankroll U reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. This includes individuals who violate these Rules or engage in disruptive behavior.

Use of any automated or other systems to acquire a Combine Entry or Bankroll Funds or participate in Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility, among other consequences. Interfering or otherwise tampering with the entry process or the operation of a Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate Alternative Method of Entry entries, is prohibited and any Combine Entries, Tuition Points, Bankroll Funds, or Sweepstakes entries deemed by Bankroll U, in its sole discretion, to have been obtained or used in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Alternative Method of Entry entry cannot be resolved to Bankroll U’s satisfaction, the affected Combine Entry, Bankroll Funds, and Sweepstakes entries will be deemed ineligible, in the sole discretion of Bankroll U.

If you provide any false information relating to the Sweepstakes concerning your identity, residency, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership or right, or information required for participating in the Sweepstakes, you may be immediately disqualified from the Sweepstakes in Bankroll U’s sole discretion.

  1. Consequences of Undermining the Sweepstakes. Any deliberate attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be considered a violation of criminal and civil law. In such cases, Bankroll U reserves the right to seek damages from the responsible party to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  1. Resolution of Errors. If an Entrant’s Bankroll Funds or winning Sweepstakes play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted for any reason, Bankroll’s sole remedy is to replace the equivalent amount of Bankroll Funds.
  1. DISPUTES. Section 21 of Bankroll U’s Terms are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Sweepstakes Rules, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in Section 21 of Bankroll U’s Terms.
  1. WINNERS’ LIST. For a list of winners for a given Sweepstakes, you may submit a request within a year of that date, by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope stating “I am formally requesting the list of Bankroll U Sweepstakes winners from the following sweepstakes” along with the month, day, and year of relevant Sweepstakes to 30 N. Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
  1. NO THIRD-PARTY SPONSOR. The Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than Bankroll U. Neither Apple, Inc. nor Google, Inc. are sponsors of the Sweepstakes, and neither is affiliated with the Sweepstakes in any way.
